Using sodium hydroxide (NaOH), polyethylene imine (PEI) and acetylated nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) at two levels (one and three percent by weight of the dry weight of SF / PEI) as modifying agents, different formulations were prepared. Modifying agents help to improvement of soy adhesive properties. Physical properties of synthesized adhesives such as the solid content, pH, gel time and viscosity of adhesives were measured. Beech (Fagus orientaleis) plywood samples were made by each formulation and their water resistance, dry and wet shear strength were measured in accordance with related standards. The results were compared with those of PF samples. Adhesive structural changes were evaluated with FTIR spectroscopy. With evaluation of acetylated NCC, modification of hydroxyl groups and replacing them to ester groups confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy, and the DS determined by titration was 0.34. X-ray analysis showed that the acetylation process reduced the crystallinity. Solid content and viscosity of adhesives were increased by adding modifying materials. Plywood samples with formulation of SF/PEI/NaOH/NCC in both two levels of acetylated NCC had shear strength and water resistance similar to PF adhesive. FTIR analysis indicated that NaOH denatures SF; amino groups buried inside the compact protein structure become available. Compared to SF/NaOH, SF/PEI/NaOH showed small shifts in absorbance peaks. Primary and secondary amines in SF/PEI/NaOH diminished or disappeared. Considering functional groups of SF and amino groups of PEI which have potential to react hydroxyl and carbonyl groups of acetylated NCC, hydrogen bonds within adhesive component developed.}, keywords = {Natural adhesive,Soy bean flour,Plywood,Celloluse nanocrystalline}, title_fa = {کاربرد نانوکریستال سلولز استیله شده در چسب بر پایه سویای اصلاح شده برای تخته لایه}, abstract_fa = {با هدف ارائه یک چسب بدون فرم‌آلدهید قابل رقابت با چسب‌های مورد استفاده در صنعت چوب، از آرد دانه سویا (SF) که ماده‌ای فراوان، دوست‌دار محیط‌زیست و تجدیدپذیر است و با سدیم هیدروکسید (NaOH)، پلی اتیلن ایمین (PEI) و نانوکریستال سلولز (NCC) استیله شده در دو سطح 1 و 3% درصد وزنی SF/PEI به عنوان مواد اصلاح کننده SF، فرمول‌بندی‌های متفاوتی سنتز شدند. مواد اصلاح کننده چسب‌های سویا با هدف کاهش ضعف‌های سویا مانند مقاومت اتصال و مقاومت به آب پایین و بهبود ویژگی‌های چسب به کار می‌روند. ویژگی‌های فیزیکی چسب‌ها مانند میزان ماده جامد،pH، ژل تایم و ویسکوزیته، مطابق استاندارد اندازه‌گیری شدند. با فرمول‌بندی‌های سنتز شده، تخته لایه‌های راش (Fagus orientalis) ساخته شد و مقاومت به آب و مقاومت برشی نمونه‌ها در حالت تر و خشک مطابق استانداردهای مربوطه اندازه‌گیری و نتایج آن‌ها با نتایج تخته‌های فنول‌فرم‌الدهید (PF) مقایسه شد. تغییرات ساختاری چسب‌ها با طیف‌سنجی FTIR بررسی شد. با بررسی NCC استیله شده، اصلاح گروه‌های هیدروکسیل و جایگزینی آن‌ها با گروه‌های استری با طیف‌سنجی FTIR تایید، درجه استخلاف آن‌ها به روش تیتراسیون 34/0 و آنالیز X-Ray کاهش شاخص بلورینگی را پس از استیلاسیون نشان داد. با افزودن مواد اصلاح کننده به SF ماده جامد و ویسکوزیته افزایش یافت. تخته‌‌لایه‌های با فرمول‌ SF/PEI/NaOH/NCC در دو سطح NCC استیله شده دارای مقاومت برشی و مقاومت به آب مشابه چسب PF بودند. نتایج FTIR نشان داد NaOH، SF را واسرشت و دسترسی به گروه‌های آمینی محصور در ساختار آن را بیشتر کرد. طیف SF/PEI/NaOH در مقایسه با SF/NaOH تغییرمکان‌های کوچکی را در پیک‌های جذبی نشان داد. طیف فرمول-بندی SF/PEI/NaOH/NCC حاکی از حذف یا کاهش شدید آمین‌های نوع اول و دوم بود. با در نظر گرفتن گروه‌های عاملی آرد سویا و گروه‌های آمینی PEI که پتانسیل واکنش با گروه‌های عاملی هیدروکسیل و کربونیلNCC استیله شده را دارند، پیوندهای هیدروژنی بین اجزای چسب ایجادشد}, keywords_fa = {چسب طبیعی,آرد دانه سویا,تخته لایه,نانو کریستال سلولز}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_21195.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_21195_6913032227eccc785bc661921e9d9c25.pdf} }
