The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recycling method on practical properties (bending strength, modulus of elasticity, internal bonding and screw holding in edge and surface and thickness swelling after 24 hours water immersion) of the boards. Also, a morphological analysis was done to evaluate the influence of recycling process on fiber dimensions. Also the existence of UF residues were observed by SEM.The results related to classification and dimension analyze of fibers confirmed the negative influence of recycling process on quality of fibers. Also degree of deterioration in hydrothermal recycling was higher than that of ohmic recycling due to sever condition of heating.Furthermore, the results showed that recycling of MDF wastes via ohmic heating method resulted in better physical and mechanical propertied as compared to the hydrothermal method. Overall results showed that MDF panels made from recycled fibers via ohmic heating method exceed the minimum values required by EN standards (EN 622-5, 2006) for all properties except thickness swelling. About ohmic heating method, increasing the time of ohmic heating led to improving the practical properties of recycled MDF boards. It was observed by SEM that much more residues of cured UF resin adhesive were existed on the surface of recycled fibers via hydrothermal method. According to the results it can be said that ohmic heating method is a useful process for recycling the wastes of MDF.}, keywords = {Medium Density Fiber board,Recycling,Hydrothermal treatment,Ohmic heating}, title_fa = {بررسی کیفیت تخته فیبر با دانسیته متوسط (MDF)ساخته شده از الیاف بازیافتی به دو روش حرارت دهی اهمیک و هیدروترمال}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه تأثیر روش بازیافت بر خواص کاربردی تخته فیبر با دانسیته متوسط (MDF) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به منظور بازیافت ضایعات MDF از دو روش بازیافت شامل روش هیدروترمال و روش حرارت دهی اهمیک استفاده شد. در روش هیدروترمال دمای 105 درجه سانتی گراد و با مدت زمان 150 دقیقه به عنوان تیمار بهینه انتخاب شد و در روش اهمیک مدت زمان حرارت دهی در دو سطح (2 دقیقه و 4 دقیقه) در نظر گرفته شد. اثر بازیافت بر ویژگی های مورفولوژیکی الیاف و خواص کاربردی MDF شامل مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته، مقاومت چسبندگی داخلی، نگهداری پیچ در لبه و سطح و واکشیدگی ضخامت بعد از 24 ساعت غوطه وری در آب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم چنین، وضعیت رزین باقیمانده روی سطح الیاف توسط تصاویر SEM بررسی شد. بررسی ابعاد الیاف و کلاسه بندی آن ها نشان داد که فرایند بازیافت منجر به خرد شدن و کاهش طول الیاف می شود نتایج مربوط به ویژگی های کاربردی تخته ها نشان داد که کیفیت تخته های ساخته شده از الیاف بازیافتی به روش حرارت دهی اهمیک به شکل معنی داری بهتر از کیفیت تخته های ساخته شده از الیاف بازیافتی به روش هیدروترمال می باشد. علاوه بر این، مقایسه ی نتایج با مقادیر تعریف شده در استاندارد (EN 622-5, 2006) نشان داد که برخلاف تخته های ساخته شده از الیاف بازیافت شده به روش هیدروترمال، تمامی ویژگی های کاربردی تخته های بازیافت شده به روش حرارت دهی اهمیک (به جز واکشیدگی ضخامت) در حد ملزومات استاندارد EN می باشد. افزایش مدت زمان تیمار حرارتی در روش اهمیک منجر به بهبود ویژگی های کاربردی تخته های ساخته شده از الیاف بازیافتی شد. تصاویر SEM نشان دهنده ی وجود مقادیر بیشتری از باقیمانده های رزین اوره فرمالدهید گیرا شده روی سطح الیاف بازیافت شده به روش هیدروترمال بود.}, keywords_fa = {تخته فیبر با دانسیته متوسط,بازیافت,روش هیدروترمال,حرارت دهی اهمیک}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_19888.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_19888_6568b1427c31646e4ad47a4d46864355.pdf} }
