بهینه‌سازی متغیرهای تولید فراورده‌های مرکب الیاف طبیعی- سیمان به روش سطح پاسخ

چکیده

این تحقیق باهدف بررسی تولید فرآورده­ مرکب الیاف طبیعی- سیمان با استفاده از صنوبر، کاه گندم و سه نوع ماده افزودنی انجام‌شده است. در این تحقیق برای تولید کامپوزیت از کاه گندم (0، 15 و 30)، الیاف صنوبر (70، 85 و 100)، درصد استفاده از مواد افزودنی (3 سطح) و سه نوع ماده افزودنی (کلرید کلسیم، کلرید منیزیم و هیدروکسید کلسیم) استفاده گردید. پس از تهیه نمونه­های آزمونی، مقاومت فشاری طی مدت‌زمانی (1، 3، 7 و 28 روز)، واکشیدگی ضخامت (TS)، مدول گسیختگی (MOR) و چسبندگی داخلی (IB) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به‌منظور بهینه­سازی خواص کامپوزیت­ها، معادله مدل ریاضی (مدل رگرسیون چند متغیره درجه‌دو) توسط روش سطح پاسخ ارزیابی گردید. بیشترین میزان مقاومت فشاری (5/32 مگا پاسکال) و کمترین آن (1/7 مگا پاسکال) 28 روزه به ترتیب مربوط به نمونه­های دارای 7 درصد هیدروکسید کلسیم و 3 درصد کلرید منیزیم می­باشد. همچنین کامپوزیت­های دارای 30% کاه گندم و 70% الیاف صنوبر با میزان 3 درصد کلرید کلسیم نسبت به سایر نمونه­ها دارای مدول گسیختگی بیشتری می‌باشند. به‌طورکلی، نتایج حاکی از آن است که ماده افزودنی کلرید کلسیم با میزان 5% و مقدار متوسط نسبت 15% کاه به 85% الیاف صنوبر به‌عنوان مقادیر بهینه جهت حصول مقادیر قابل ‌قبول چسبندگی داخلی و مدول گسیختگی می‌باشد. مدل ارائه‌شده توسط روش سطح پاسخ با توجه به معنی­داری آن در طی آنالیز آماری، برآورد مناسب و معنی­داری برای تعیین نقطه مناسب کاربرد متغیرهای مورداستفاده را فراهم کرده است.
