اثر سرعت بسته شدن پرس بر افت تنش و بازگشت فشردگی چوب فشرده توسکا

چکیده

در تحقیق حاضر اثر سرعت بسته شدن پرس (در سه سطح 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 میلی‌متر بر دقیقه) در سطح فشردگی ثابت 45 درصد، بر رفتار افت تنش و بازگشت فشردگی چوب توسکا موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش سرعت بسته شدن پرس، مقدار تنش ایجادشده در چوب‌ها افزایش یافت و علت این امر به شکست پیوندهای کووالانسی هیدروژنی و آزادسازی تنش در سرعت پرس پایین‌تر نسبت داده شد. دو مرحله آزادسازی تنش در منحنی‌های افت تنش مشاهده گردید. در مرحله اول ، نرخ آزادسازی تنش بالا بود که به لغزش بین مولکول‌های چوبی و شکست پیوندهای هیدروژنی بین‌مولکولی نسبت داده شد. در مرحله دوم، منحنی افت تنش تقریباً مسطح گردید. نتایج برهم‌نهی زمان-سرعت بسته شدن پرس، نشان داد که منحنی مرجع قادر به پیش‌بینی رفتار افت تنش تا تقریباً 380 ساعت (380 برابر زمان اصلی آزمون) می‌باشد. ازآنجایی‌که تنها با انتقال به‌صورت افقی، منحنی مرجع صافی حاصل نگردید و به انتقال در جهت عمودی نیز نیاز بود، می‌توان اظهار داشت با توجه به دما و رطوبت بالای چوب‌ها حین فشردگی، ماده دارای رفتار ترمورئولوژیکی پیچیده می‌باشد. با افزایش سرعت بسته شدن پرس از 2/0 تا 6/0 میلی‌متر بر دقیقه، مقدار بازگشت ضخامت تا 20 درصد افزایش یافت. همچنین یک رابطه خطی بین تنش باقیمانده پس از افت تنش یک‌ساعته و میزان بازگشت فشردگی حاصل گردید.
